Since each of our products is custom-made according to your specifications, production begins only after payment confirmation is received.

All payments are securely processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your statement under PayPal.

If a refund is authorized, the amount will be returned to your original payment method, whether it’s PayPal or credit/debit card.
